Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website is here to provide you with a place to order personalized items from, the website is provided as it is and is available most of the time however it may be taken offline at any point for updates.
To the extent permitted by the law, Lapak Handmade will not be liable for any loss or damage both indirect and direct as a result of using our website or products.
Any missing items due to incorrect delivery addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
Lapak Handmade aims to have a fully working website but we make no guarentee that this will always be the case. We use hosting and servers from third parties so we cannot guarentee the safety of this site although we make it a priority to make sure it is safe.
A large number of products featured on our website are made to order. All payments for personalized goods must be taken in advance of production due to the bespoke nature of the products. Please note that made to order and personalized products cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or make any amendments to personalization. Placing an order is confirmation that the customer accepts full liability that the information provided is correct. Due to the nature of personalized goods we cannot offer a refund for personalization mistakes for data entered incorrectly by the customer.

Fulfilment
All orders are processed and sent using a variety of different courier and delivery companies such as SiCepat, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e with the delivery company, if this is the case we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.
Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed and we accept no liability for delivery delays.
