How long does it take to personalize a product?
This is one of our most common received questions, as a general rule most products take 1-2 working days to personalize. Products are then dispatched on the delivery method you have chosen.

Will there be any order information/receipt in with the product?
We don't include any invoice or anything except the product itself in the parcel you receive, this is because many people order as gifts and so as standard we don't include it. You will get emailed an order confirmation.

Where is my order package? It has been late for couple of days.
Please kindly contact our Customer service on Whatsapp, there might be possibilities of delay caused by the shipping courier, but we will try to help you as much as we can. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

What's your exchange and return policy?
All goods that have been personalized are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship overseas upon request. Please contact us via Whatsapp or simply click the button on the bottom left corner.

Do you do bulk/corporate orders?
We are more than happy to work with businesses, societies, organizations and groups to personalize large numbers of items, just get in touch via Whatsapp or simply click the button on the bottom left corner.

Where are you based?
We are based at Tangerang, Indonesia.

Why does it say "Your order has been cancelled"?
Your order is automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within 24 hours since the time of your order on our website. You should still confirm your payment on website even if you've paid, by uploading your payment receipt and including your order number to secure your order.

Why should I sign up on this website and subscribe to email newsletters?
By signing up and subscribing to our newsletters, you will be our exclusive customers. You will always be the first to be notified about exclusive deals, new arrivals, sales, back-in-stock items, or important information.

Do you accept resellers or dropshippers?
No, we do not accept resellers and dropshippers for now.

Help! I made my order but I can't checkout. What's wrong?
Please check your "Shipping Address" section once again. Make sure to fill in ONLY your city name on the "City" tab (for example, City: Tangerang) without typo or any other information. You may include your subdistrict or urban village (kecamatan dan kelurahan) on the "Address" tab.
